Role Description

• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top NON IT talent through various channels.
• Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilizing ATS to track candidate progress and manage recruitment workflow.
• Providing timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Must be result oriented and focused
• Well known about current recruitment trends.
