Job Summary :
The Technical Service Expert is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring seamless system operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective support to customers experiencing technical issues.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Apply SQL skills to research data, run queries, and investigate root causes of issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across software and systems.
- Accurately log, track, and update customer issues.
Requirements :
