Head of Product Design

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Design to own and drive our design vision. You’ll lead product and visual design, shaping experiences that are simple, intuitive, and loved by millions.

What You’ll Do

Define and scale the design vision across the Truemeds universe.

Lead and grow a high-performing team of designers.

Build seamless, conversion-driven user experiences across web and app.

Strengthen and evolve our brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Create and maintain scalable design systems.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to deliver fast, high-impact outcomes.

Use insights, research, and data to iterate and improve continuously.

What We’re Looking For

8-12 years of design experience, with at least 3-4 years leading teams.

A strong portfolio showcasing strength can drive the conversion funnel.

Experience in high-growth consumer tech / e-commerce environments.

Great leadership and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.

Bias for action, experimentation and shipping at speed.
