What you’ll do :

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to empathize and understand product / business / user needs to craft future-ready and delightful product experiences while being sensitive to technological capabilities and limitations.
• Take full ownership to ensure design quality throughout the product design lifecycle from requirement gathering, problem definition to validation, implementation, and user metric analysis.
• Conduct usability tests independently, present findings and recommend corrections.
• Discuss design concepts, solutions, or prototype proposals, elucidating the rationale behind design choices.
• A fierce advocate for the user who is committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences for complex workflows.
• Stay informed about the design and technology trends to continually inspire and introduce latest interaction design practices while improving the existing design system.
• Contribute to achieving design excellence by actively seeking and providing unbiased feedback, while also fostering a robust design culture.
