Profile - Repair and Maintenance Lead
Experience - Minimum 2+ years’
CTC - upto 4.8 LPA (Depend on the interview)
Location – Bangalore
Key responsibilities : Service management :
- Track kilometers run by all the cars and proactively and timely servicing of cars
- Build metrics and SLAs for service and body work in collaboration with service centers
- Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting of service management
- Collaborate and build great working relationships with service centers
- Ensure vehicles gone for body shop work are worked on and returned to service without delays
- Build connections with 3rd party cleaning agencies for regular cleaning of vehicles
- Ensure all the metrics and SLAs are met by all the service centers
