Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in engaging with medical professionals such as doctors, podiatrists, and weight loss clinics. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers.
  • Appointment Setting : Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
  • Data Enrichment : Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
  • Healthcare Sales Expertise : Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
  • Follow-Up & Rescheduling : Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
  • Collaboration : Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
  • Inbound & Outbound calling : Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.
  • Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers.
  • Strong time management and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
  • Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics).
  • Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements :

  • Internet Connection :
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device :
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least :
  • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
  • Backup Device :
  • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
  • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace :
  • A functioning webcam .
  • A noise-canceling USB headset .
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space .
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
