Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Shahdol. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and executives. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining office records, clerical work, and assisting with various administrative projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the military or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
