Responsibilities
Customer Assistance : Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance in selecting jewelry pieces.
Sales and Transactions : Process sales, handle payments, and manage transactions efficiently.
Showroom Maintenance : Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Product and Trend Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry trends, gemstones, and product details.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-up.
Inventory and Stock : Assist with managing inventory and stock levels.
Target Achievement : Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications and skills
Education : A high school diploma is often required, with a background in gemology being advantageous.
Experience : Previous retail or sales experience, especially in luxury goods or jewelry, is beneficial.
