As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with SAP clients.

Working closely with technical and functional teams, you will oversee the delivery of SAP cross-functional modules, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include driving client engagement, handling escalations, and guaranteeing service excellence. Utilizing JIRA and agile methodologies, you will facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups as a Scrum Master.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will align business goals with SAP solution delivery, working towards a shared vision of excellence.

Required Skills :

  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP account management.
  • Strong exposure to SAP retail and cross-functional modules.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA project management.
  • Certified or practical experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
