Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identifying the right partner customers based on their alignment with our fashion, values, collaborative abilities, calendar and creating pitches customized to them.
2. Designing into aesthetics, price points (that serve Creatnet + Customers + Vendors), timelines, environmental balance
3. Help the customer build a brief to meet our checklist
4. Managing customer accounts : design aesthetic, price points, core materials, design / production calendar. Collaborating with BU head to create customer wise a) Fabric Bracket b) CMTP bracket c) YY (80%)
5. Plugging in India’s capabilities, adding value through sourcing and designing
6. Create lookbooks & market materials to support new customer onboarding

Creating a directory of fabrics : Core, Trend based experiments, maintaining marketing kits

B. Facilitating Design to Production
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Accountable for collaborative design process in Product Development : enable the collaboration of Material Merchants(trims-fabric), Technicians, to ensure price points , vendor briefing & relations, productivity, customer needs and timelines at Product Development stage.
2. Managing customer relationships through communication during the product development
process. (Updates, clarifications, production feasibility / sustainability suggestions,
3. Act as a consultant, post the PO milestone is achieved

1. PD timeliness : plan for calendar (customer & vendor) and quality
2. Ensuring timely delivery through Weekly Design / Sales WIPs : with pre updations and MOMS

C. Financial Responsibility
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Having a financial acumen to understand revenue goal and plan accordingly
2. Managing gross margins : Upon receiving the tech pack, having a clear picture / plan of the interlinkage between the revenue goals x groups x garments x amount x price x cost x timelines
3. Designing into Sales & Growth : Meeting financial goals : designing the right amount of groups for the right amount of customers.
Key Result Area
1. Financial goal fulfillment : Creating Sales Sheet in collaboration with BUL and meeting the stated goals
