Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual growth.
- Use creative methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play to engage children.
- Observe and assess students' development and learning milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly learning space.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements :
Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (D.Ed, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent).1–3 years of experience teaching pre-primary or kindergarten children.Strong understanding of child development principles and early years pedagogy.Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.Creative, energetic, and committed to early learning.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Education or Child Psychology.Training in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other child-centered methodologies.Ability to integrate technology and digital tools in early learning.Skills Required
