Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Answer customer questions and address objections effectively and professionally.
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to foster strong relationships and secure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and market trends to effectively position offerings.
Skills Required
