We are seeking a confident and positive Tele Caller Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for a fluent Punjabi speaker with basic computer skills, ready to connect with customers and contribute to our team's success. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing information professionally.
Maintain a positive and confident demeanor on all calls.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Document all call details accurately in the system.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Skills Required

Fluent in Punjabi is a must.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confident and positive attitude.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
