Job descriptionDevelop custom objects, scripts, and enhancements using C4C SDK (PDI / ABScripting). Build and maintain integrations with SAP ECC / S4HANA using CPI, Web Services, IDoc, OData, or REST APIs. Develop mashups, extension fields, and custom reports / KPIs. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with BASIS / Integration teams. Participate in performance tuning and optimization of the C4C environment. Minimum 7 years of SAP C4C experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations. Deep knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), AB Scripting, and UI Designer. Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI or PI / PO. Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance). Good understanding of SAP backend systems (ECC / S4HANA) and integration points.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and / or Service).
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C
- functionalities.
- Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and
- UI personalization.
- Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SAP Cloud roadmap.
- Conduct end-user training, UAT support, and go-live activities
