What You’ll Do

Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and key stakeholders

Design and document solutions that align with business goals

Support Sales and Service Cloud implementations

✅ What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in data analysis

Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

At least one certification :

Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Business Analyst
