Job Title : Video-Centric Graphic Designer
Role Overview :
Drive visual storytelling by designing engaging video content optimized for YouTube performance and SEO. You will create compelling multimedia assets that elevate brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media & Video Content :
- Develop short-form video assets (reels, stories, carousels) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Design animated infographics and quote cards to simplify and communicate financial concepts effectively.
- Transform long-form YouTube videos into engaging, platform-specific bite-sized content.
2. Visual Strategy & Branding :
Uphold and refine Trademade.com visual identity across all video and social channels.Monitor and apply emerging trends in motion design, video marketing, and brand storytelling.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives.Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in video-first graphic design, ideally within B2B or financial services.Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).Strong portfolio including YouTube thumbnails, motion graphics, and social video content.Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, video engagement strategies, and visual storytelling.Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.Exposure to financial content or corporate communication design.Basic video editing expertise including transitions, pacing, and audio syncing.What We Offer :
