Director of Design & Production

We are seeking a Director of Design & Production in Fixed or Architectural Woodworking to lead Arari’s technical design vision and production systems. This senior leadership role combines c reative technical direction, operational mastery, and team development , ensuring our projects meet global woodworking standards.

What you will do

• Lead design direction and elevate Arari’s creative and technical ethos, implementing international best practices and standards.
• Oversee the full production lifecycle of solid and panel woodworking — including paneling, built-in units, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, internal and external doors and windows — from drawings through execution and installation, ensuring complete client satisfaction across a variety of materials.
• Build systems, SOPs, and QC processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with our European partners to adopt best-in-class systems for drawings, CAD-CAM technology, and production management.
• Work closely with leadership to define and drive the next chapter of Arari’s growth.
