Job Title : Relationship Manager – Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP)

Experience : Minimum 4 to 6 yrs relevant experience in lending / sales

Role Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) team. The role involves generating new business maintaining client relationships and achieving assigned sales targets in a competitive financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source new customers for Business Loan Against Property through direct and indirect channels.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients DSAs and channel partners.

Achieve monthly business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments like Credit Operations and Legal for smooth loan processing.

Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 1 year of experience in LAP / Business Loan / Secured Lending .

Proven sales experience in BFSI or NBFC sector.

Strong understanding of credit processes property documentation and KYC norms.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
