Job descriptionManage EPF challan generation processes. Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions. Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions. Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations. Prepare and file statutory reports Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines. 2+ years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations. Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exp : At least 3 Years' experience
Budget : 7.2 LPA (Max.) Fixed CTC
Location : Kolkata & Gurugram
Work Mode : WFH for Kolkata & WFO for Gurugram
Interview Process - 3 Rounds (2 Virtual + 1 In-Person); All virtual Interviews for Kolkata role
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable PF Trust Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.
