Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the mining and MDO sector within the assigned region.
- Engage with clients (government and private), consultants, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across mining states like Jharkhand, MP, and West Bengal.
Tendering & Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end tendering processes , including tender identification, bid strategy, document preparation, and submission.Prepare detailed project costing models , including mining equipment, manpower, fuel, O&M costs, and overheads.Coordinate with internal teams (technical, planning, legal, finance) to finalize proposals.Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project discussions as needed.Equipment & Project Planning
Recommend optimal fleet and equipment configuration for proposed mining projects.Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical and commercial quotes.Maintain up-to-date database of tenders, market intelligence, and competitor activities.Contract & Negotiation Support
Support negotiations, MoUs, and finalization of agreements post tender award.Skills Required
