Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the mining and MDO sector within the assigned region.
  • Engage with clients (government and private), consultants, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across mining states like Jharkhand, MP, and West Bengal.

Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Lead end-to-end tendering processes , including tender identification, bid strategy, document preparation, and submission.
  • Prepare detailed project costing models , including mining equipment, manpower, fuel, O&M costs, and overheads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, planning, legal, finance) to finalize proposals.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project discussions as needed.
  • Equipment & Project Planning

  • Recommend optimal fleet and equipment configuration for proposed mining projects.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical and commercial quotes.
  • Maintain up-to-date database of tenders, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
  • Contract & Negotiation Support

  • Support negotiations, MoUs, and finalization of agreements post tender award.
