We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

1. Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
1. Sales Strategy & Planning :
Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives.Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.1. Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.1. Lead Management :
Monitor and manage incoming leads through CRM tools.Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of potential deals.1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.Provide insights to management for better decision-making.1. Reporting & Documentation :
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.1. Event & Project Promotion :
Plan and execute property site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions.Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution.Key Skills Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)4–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (with at least 2 years in a managerial role)
