Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager located in Kolhapur. The Real Estate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring real estate properties, conducting market research, managing property negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to source prime real estate opportunities. Additionally, the manager will oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and legal compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
