About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Semiconductor domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions in IT and Semiconductor sectors
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs
Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking events
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience : 4-9 Years
Education :
Bachelor's degree : B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent
Master's degree : M.Tech, MCA, or MBA in HR (preferred)
Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical terminology and job requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for semiconductor roles (ASIC Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, etc.)
Knowledge of campus recruitment processes
Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
