Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and manage conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
Organize, coordinate, and implement employee training and engagement initiatives.
Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate HR records.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans.
Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business objectives

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
