Role Purpose
The purpose of this profile is to manage and optimize our presence on online
marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and others. This role requires a strategic
thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep
understanding of e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about
driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and building strong relationships with
marketplace partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our presence on multiple online marketplaces, including but not limited to
- Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, etc
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and drive traffic to our listings.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and stay updated on platform updates, policies, and best practices.
- Continuously optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
- Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability on each marketplace.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on marketplace performance, trends, and key.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.Proven experience of 2-3 years managing online marketplaces, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Amazon Seller Central.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing product listings for search engines is a plus.
