  • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to predict staffing needs based on historical data and market trends.

  • Analyze past sales trends and market conditions to identify patterns and emerging trends that may impact future staffing requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business plans into workforce forecasts, ensuring adequate staffing levels are projected.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize workforce productivity.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations research, or a related field.
