We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller to join our sales team and help drive awareness and sales of our STEM learning and IoT product range.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, training centers, and distributors to promote STEM kits and IoT devices.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with lead details and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule product demos and meetings.
- Handle inbound queries regarding product specifications, orders, and pricing.
- Follow up with potential leads, convert them into confirmed sales, and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide customer feedback to the management team for improving product quality and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Graduate (any stream); B.A / B.Tech or B.Sc. in Science / Engineering background preferred.Experience : 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relations (education or tech product domain preferred).Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).Strong communication and persuasion skills.Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
