Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UPSC Educator located in Noida. The UPSC Educator will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures for Prelims and Mains, developing and updating study materials, conducting mock tests, providing personalized mentorship, and tracking student progress. They will also engage in research to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the UPSC curriculum and examination patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Prelims and Mains subjects of the UPSC Civil Services Examination
• Proven experience in teaching or mentoring UPSC aspirants
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop comprehensive study materials and conduct detailed research
• Experience with conducting mock tests and providing constructive feedback
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to provide personalized mentorship and track student progress effectively
• Advanced degree in relevant field is a plus
