Oaktree designs and builds premium modular kitchens and wardrobes known for quality and innovation. We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, vendor relations, inventory management, and support overall procurement operations.
Job Title : Procurement Executive
Role & Responsibility :
- Create sales orders, prepare quotations, and provide cost estimates from drawings.
- Arrange and check product samples and update order status in the Arambha system.
- Receive raw materials as per purchase orders; create GRN and submit bills to Accounts.
- Issue raw materials as per BOM; create GIN / MFJ and share with reporting manager / STV verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock usage.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality, price, and timely delivery.
- Maintain approved supplier databases and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
- Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Track supply chain risks and perform market research to support procurement decisions.
- Maintain complete procurement and inventory documentation and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Key Competencies and Person Specification :
Qualification : B.Com / M.ComExperience : 1 – 2 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.Skills : Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP / inventory software.Location : Bannerghatta, Bangalore.Reporting to : Procurement Head / Management.Compensation :
