Job descriptionManage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across our companies Source, screen, and interview candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal tools Post jobs, build pipelines, and run proactive outreach campaigns Coordinate candidate communications and ensure an outstanding experience Own and manage the hiring workflow inside our ATS (Zoho Recruit) Work directly with hiring managers and the company founder to understand job briefs and meet deadlines Handle salary alignment, offer letters, onboarding steps, and feedback loops Continuously improve hiring processes and sourcing strategies for better speed and quality You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience , ideally with both agency and in-house exposure You’ve hired across different industries and functions, including real estate, marketing, operations, and admin roles You’re confident with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and Excel / Google Sheets You speak and write excellent English and can communicate clearly with international clients and candidates You are highly organized, goal-driven, and take full ownership of results You have strong attention to detail and can work independently in a remote environment Bonus if you’ve recruited for Dubai or UK markets before

You’ll play a critical role in hiring real estate agents, operations staff, admin talent, and marketing professionals — ensuring we source top-tier candidates who thrive in fast-paced, remote-first roles.
