Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing and relationship management.
- Identify and acquire new customers by generating leads and converting prospects through direct sales and channel partners (DSA, connectors, brokers, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and intermediaries to drive consistent lead flow.
- Follow standardized internal processes and documentation norms to ensure timely and compliant closure of cases.
- Provide clients with product information, eligibility criteria, documentation support, and regular updates on their application status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to facilitate smooth processing and disbursement.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to better serve customers and optimize acquisition strategies.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience in Home Loan and LAP verticals is mandatory .Strong understanding of LAP products, credit assessment, and documentation processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in the field.Freshers with relevant internships or sales exposure may also apply.Educational Qualification : Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream.Skills Required
