Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.
