Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Gulbarga. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, managing and coordinating civil engineering projects, ensuring quality control, and adherence to structural engineering standards. Daily tasks will also include leading a team of civil engineers, resolving any issues that arise during construction, and effectively communicating project progress and challenges with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction management and coordination
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control processes and procedures
• Proficiency in structural engineering principles and practices
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of civil engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage
