Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive / SEO Analyst with hands-on experience in improving organic search performance, especially for e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-page SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and supporting technical SEO initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities for organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, metadata, headings, URLs, and images for on-page SEO.
• Improve internal linking structure to enhance crawlability and user experience.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
• Support basic technical SEO activities, including site audits, page speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and indexation issues.
• Manage and optimize SEO activities on WordPress-based websites.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Assist in link-building activities, including outreach and backlink analysis.
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare regular SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of internal linking strategies and SEO best practices.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts.
• Experience working with WordPress CMS.
• Familiarity with link-building fundamentals and backlink analysis.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product page SEO and category page optimization.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
