JD for this role : Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and media-savvy PR to support the planning and execution of our public relations efforts. This role involves media relations, content creation, and day-to-day coordination of PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain a strong media network across print, digital, and electronic platforms.
  • Coordinate media outreach, follow-ups, and ensure regular coverage for the brand.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, and interview briefs.
  • Track media opportunities and pitch story ideas to relevant journalists.

Content Creation

  • Develop engaging and on-brand content such as press releases, articles, FAQs, and event briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft relevant communication material.
  • Support the development of presentations and speaking points for company representatives.

    • Campaign & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, media events, product launches, and press conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics with media and event agencies.
  • Ensure smooth execution and timely media coverage of events and campaigns.

    • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor media coverage and create daily / weekly / monthly media reports.
  • Analyze coverage for reach, tone, and alignment with key messaging.
  • Maintain PR documentation and media clippings database.

    • Crisis Communication Support

  • Support the PR team during crisis situations by drafting statements and monitoring sentiment.
  • Help manage response timelines and media coordination.
