Must Have :

Relevant experience on - Salesforce Service cloud & Service cloud Voice + Sales Cloud + Sales force Marketing cloud

• Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly-complex level within certain areas of expertise.
• Experience with and ability to take partial responsibility for technically complex assignments. Has build very good knowledge of relevant products, tools and technology, through documented experience from several projects.
• Demonstrate business understanding and has gained broad knowledge of the capability of the products and how they can be used to support different business issues.
• Must be able to lead, train and coach other assignment members. Must be able to assume roles such as head integrator or specialist, in specific fields.
• Must possess expertise on one or more technologies, and broad-ranging knowledge of other relevant technologies.
