Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment processes and a keen understanding of sourcing and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Prepare and present candidate reports and recruitment metrics to management.
