• 3+ years of experience in Kronos WIM integrations with strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on in end-to-end interface development from scratch (WFC / UKG Dimensions).
• Expertise in Person Import, Payroll Export, Accruals, Scheduling & Custom Integrations.
• Strong in data mapping, SQL scripts, troubleshooting & production support.
• Knowledge of HR / Payroll processes and integration best practices.
• Ability to handle SIT / UAT, deployments, documentation & stakeholder coordination.
