You don't need to sit in an office or attend endless meetings. What matters is your ability to deliver high-performing campaigns. We care about performance, not presence.

The Role

Own the end-to-end setup and management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns

Build smart funnels across cold, warm and retargeting audiences

Develop compelling copy that resonates and converts

Monitor performance metrics, test continuously and optimize like a pro

Communicate clearly and share weekly progress (async is fine)

A successful freelance digital marketer with hands-on experience in paid advertising

Fluent in Ads Manager and comfortable navigating Business Manager complexity

Passionate about growth but detail-oriented when it comes to CPC, ROAS and CTR

Bonus : experience working with DTC eCommerce or lead gen funnels

Even bigger bonus : proactive and autonomous
