The Role

The Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging channels like TikTok and . Duties include campaign planning, budget allocation, copy and creative coordination, A / B testing, and performance analysis. A strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and advertising analytics is essential.

OZRIT emphasized that the ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and a self-starting attitude to a collaborative, fully remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign direction
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years experience in digital advertising, preferably in a remote or agency setting
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Data-savvy with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and media consumption
