Position Overview :

As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers, airlines, and other airport personnel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport
• Help passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
• Assist with security and safety procedures, including baggage screening and passenger screening.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services
• Collaborate with airlines to ensure smooth arrival and departure of flights
• Keep track of flight schedules and communicate any changes or updates to passengers.
• Handle lost and found items and assist with lost baggage claims.
• Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures
• Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for all passengers.
• Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift heavy baggage
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is a plus
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
