Job Description : We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Airport Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience and kickstart their career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing excellent customer service always
• Handle check-in and boarding procedures ensuring all necessary documents are in order
• Assist with baggage handling and loading / unloading of luggage
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings always
• Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Requirements :
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Fluency in English is a must knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details : This is a full-time position based in Pune Maharashtra India.
