Job descriptionUtilize SQL for querying and managing data extensions within SFMC. Ensure data integrity and create custom reports to support marketing objectives. Collaborate with data teams to synchronize and streamline data flows between systems. Develop automated workflows and marketing journeys to enhance efficiency. Integrate SFMC with other tools and platforms, including Salesforce CRM and third-party applications. Implement and maintain API-based connections to support advanced campaign functionality. Partner with marketing and sales teams to align SFMC capabilities with business goals. Provide training and support for internal teams to maximize platform utilization. Stay up-to-date with SFMC developments and best practices to drive innovation. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications such as Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly preferred). Strong knowledge of SQL for data management and reporting. Proven ability to create and optimize automated marketing workflows. Familiarity with other SFMC tools like Audience Builder, Social Studio, or Advertising Studio is a plus. Basic understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its integration with SFMC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ROI-driven marketing. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Splunk.

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and innovative Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead our marketing automation and campaign execution efforts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a strong understanding of SQL for data management and experience in automation. This role focuses on leveraging SFMC to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise :
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Create data-driven marketing strategies with robust segmentation and personalization.
- Build, test, and optimize dynamic content for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
