The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for delivering a seamless hiring experience. Prior experience in automotive recruitment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for diverse US-based roles.
Conduct initial HR discussions, assess candidate fit, and manage interview coordination.
Engage with candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle to ensure an excellent experience.
Talent Sourcing
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Interview Coordination & Communication
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across US time zones.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination.
ATS & Reporting
Maintain ATS records, trackers, and daily / weekly recruitment reports.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with hiring processes.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with hiring managers, delivery teams, and HR to understand role requirements.
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
Client-Focused Delivery
Support urgent, niche, and volume hiring as required.
Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions.
Industry Advantage
Experience in automotive recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
1–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (US recruitment preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in US shifts and handle multiple hiring priorities.
Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment workflows.
Quick learner with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
