Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Engineering located in Noida. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, leading and managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful development and deployment of software solutions. Daily tasks include team management, project oversight, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of engineering activities with organizational objectives. The role also involves driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Excellent Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Solid Software Development experience (MERN Stack) of minimum 5 years

• Project Management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant experience in a leadership role within the technology or software industry
