Role Summary We're hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own paid marketplace advertising across Amazon and Flipkart. You will plan, execute, optimize and scale PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Flipkart PCA / PPC and equivalent), drive sustainable sales growth and control ACoS / ROAS while improving organic visibility and conversion across SKUs. This is a tactical + strategic role requiring direct day-to-day campaign management, keyword & catalog optimization, plus crossfunctional coordination with catalog, operations and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate marketplace ad strategy for Amazon and Flipkart (campaign structure, bidding, budgets, keyword and product targeting).
- Create, launch and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Stores, DSP or other programmatic placements and Flipkart PCA / Premium / Performance campaigns.
- Day-to-day campaign optimization : bid management, negative keyword hygiene, placement & targeting adjustments, budget pacing and scaling.
- SKU-level profitability management — manage ACoS, ROAS, TACOS and contribution to GMV while aligning with brand / seasonal promotions.
- Keyword research, search-term mining, and ASIN harvesting to improve discoverability and organic ranking.
- Design experiments (A / B creative, bidding strategies, day-parting, promotions) and own performance testing roadmap.
- Coordinate with catalog, pricing, supply-chain and creative teams for listing optimization, deals, coupons and storefront updates.
- Weekly and monthly reporting : insights, budget recommendations, and roadmap for scale. Automate reports and maintain dashboards.
Must-have (Non-negotiable)
3–4 years total experience in performance marketing with direct, hands-on management of Amazon Ads / AMS and Flipkart Ads campaigns.Proven record of managing marketplace ad spends and meeting ACoS / ROAS targets.Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, formulas) and experience building / consuming campaign dashboards.Comfortable with Seller Central / Vendor Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Flipkart Ads Manager flows, campaign creation, bulk operations and reportingAnalytical mindset — ability to translate data into action; experience with A / B testing and experimentation.Nice-to-have
Experience with Amazon DSP, programmatic display or retargeting.Familiarity with marketplace intelligence tools (Helium 10, Sellics, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Teikametrics) or Flipkart analytics tools.Experience coordinating with creative teams for A+ content, storefronts and video ads.Required Technical / Platform Skills
Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display / Stores) — day-to-day and bulk operations.Flipkart Ads (PCA / Performance / Catalog promotions) and Flipkart Seller Hub familiarity.Reporting & analytics : Excel / Google Sheets, basic SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI / Looker / Tableau) preferred.Familiarity with marketplace reporting metrics : ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CR, CPC, CVR and LTV attribution concepts.KPIs / Success Metrics (First 6–12 months)
Achieve target ACoS / ROAS per assigned categories / SKUs.Grow ad-driven GMV while maintaining / improving contribution margin.Improve conversion rate and organic rank lift for priority SKUs via combined paid + listing optimizations.Reduce wasted spend (irrelevant search terms, low-performing placements).Deliver repeatable campaign playbooks and dashboards to automate reporting and scaling.Skills Required
