This role is responsible for achieving product specifications across various types of projects in the assigned area through collaboration with architects, interior designers, contractors, and engineers. The candidate will drive product sales and support the project team through technical presentations, custom specifications, and strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Presentations & Specifications :
- Make technical product presentations to architects, interior designers, contractors, and engineers.
- Achieve product specifications in all types of projects (large, medium, and small scale).
- Coordinate with tile manufacturers and offer custom specifications for fixing tiles.
Business Development & Target Achievement :
Achieve monthly and yearly targets set by the management for all products under LIPL.Establish Laticrete as a household name through product specifications in diverse projects.Provide maximum support to the project team through product specifications and technical assistance.Team Management & Development :
Develop applicators for LIPL products.Manage, motivate, and lead applicator teams to ensure product quality and efficient implementation.Desired Profile :
Educational Qualifications :
Civil Engineer with 7+ years of sales experience in building products.MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.Skills & Experience :
Technical communication ability with architects, interior designers, contractors, and engineers.Strong rapport with key influencers in the construction and building products industry.Knowledge of the construction industry is an added advantage.2-3 years of experience in handling and motivating teams.Skills Required
