🚀 What You’ll Do
As an Implementation & Training Manager (or Coordinator / Champion), you’ll be the go-to person for our clients — guiding them through onboarding, training, and post-launch support.
Your day-to-day will include :
✅ Running online product demos and onboarding sessions
✅ Managing the full implementation journey for clients
✅ Conducting interactive online training (train-the-trainer model)
✅ Coordinating with our tech & support teams to ensure smooth delivery
✅ Providing post-training support and ensuring client satisfaction
🎯 What We’re Looking For
💬 Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
👩💻 Experience in SaaS, training, or implementation roles
🧩 Great project coordination & organizational skills
🌐 Tech-savvy with knowledge of web and mobile applications
🏡 A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and good lighting
