Job description

  • You have a proven track record in crafting compelling Ad films and social media video campaigns.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in an Ad film agency.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the entire production process.
  • You can transform ideas into captivating visuals.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills, makes you a valuable asset to the team

What will you do?

  • Conceptualization and Development : You will generate fresh and innovative ideas for Ad films, social media campaigns, and other video content. You will also be involved in developing engaging scripts and mood boards that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Project Management : You will be overseeing all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. You will also be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are being delivered on time, within the budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Collaboration : You will have to build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, to effectively communicate creative concepts and to present compelling pitches.
  • Team Leadership : You will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring the creative team to deliver exceptional work. Fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Industry Trends : You will have to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the work remains fresh and relevant.
