What You’ll Own

Your north stars : ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, testing velocity .

You will :

• Turn growth targets into creative hypotheses, hooks & test plans .
• Own end-to-end performance creative production — concepts, scripts, storyboards, UGC, reels, statics, carousels, landing page assets.
• Build & optimize funnels and LPs so ads → LP → sale is one seamless, high-converting journey.
• Live in dashboards — scale winners, kill losers, codify learnings .
• Run a weekly testing engine that ships new concepts without fail.
• Lead & sharpen a small in-house + UGC / freelancer squad .
